Anyone love blue cheese?

Ok, I have a new favorite cheese. It's called Costello blue cheese from Denmark. Some AJ stores sell it. I didn't know this and that is why I smuggled some back from Australia in my suitcase on dry ice. Don't tell anyone though! It's a triple cream cheese that has the smoothest flavor. You will be hooked. Try it!
