Just got back from another 5 day Sydney trip and boy did I have fun! I found all kinds of different cooking spices and cooking ingredients. Got some awesome curry pastes in red, yellow and green along with Pappadums....an indian cracker! Who knew! I loaded up on Japanese noodles and even found Besan flour which is actually soy bean flour. I have to make these soy bean french fries I've been hearing about. So coming soon....Indian and Thai curry dishes. As soon as I have a day off that is!
